The production line is composed of basic components of Chinese production, such as vertical, flotation and friction washers, sorting, screw and belt conveyors, etc. The line is supplemented and modified with European elements of the most stressed parts, such as powerful crushers of Slovak origin, Siemens motors, electric components and control systems of Czech production.

Unified description of the production process:

The input raw material is compressed, sorted HDPE or PP waste in the form of canisters, plastic packaging from shampoos, ketchups and mustards, various boxes and products. At its entrance, the line separates coarse impurities from the HDPE waste, detects the presence of foreign impurities in order to protect the crushing equipment (especially metals) and subsequently crushes the waste. the resulting grit is transported to a multi-stage washing system after the dust particles have been extracted. After washing, heavier types of plastics such as PET, PVC and other materials are removed from the crumb using the sedimentation method. The flakes crushed and washed in this way are found in a high-speed centrifuge. the resulting recycled HDPE raw material is filled into bulk bags and is intended for sale to manufacturers of various plastic products.
